Connected Services
We collect information about you when you connect your third-party (e.g. Google) account, when you use our Services, as further described below. It is only the user that can see the information. Users can, at any time, remove the information by disconnecting its account. If this is not done the information is stored until no longer relevant.
Contact information
Contact information is stored in Telavox’ environment. Used for the purpose of specifying incoming calls and caller history. It is also used if a user searches for specific contact information, i.e name or number.
Calendar information
This calendar information is stored in Telavox’ environment. The calendar information is used to activate profiles in the app during work hours.
Google Drive
The Google Drive information is collected by file name and URL from Google Drive and displayed.
General usage of Service
The information we collect is used to deliver, maintain, protect and improve the Service, to develop new services and to protect our users and Telavox AB. We use the information to give you the best possible experience of our Service and making it easier for you to communicate and collaborate with your colleagues and customers.
Communications
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

If you contact our Customer Support we will store the message in order to solve your issue and help you and the information on the issue can be used to prevent similar issues to occur.
